Ladies remember that the way to you man’s heart if through his stomach…start baking these brownies so you can butter him up. Then talk him into bringing you to Prairieside Suites Luxury Bed and Breakfast for a romantic get away.
Ooey Gooey Brownies (Made in a Muffin Tin)
20 oz package fudge brownie mix
12 Nilla wafer cookies
1. Preheat oven to 350′. Prepare brownies according to box instructions. Coat muffin tin with cooking spray or use cupcake liners and place one cookie each in bottom of tin.
2. Spoon 3 tablespoons of batter over each wafer. Unwrap caramels and place one in the center of each brownie, topping with small spoonful of batter. Bake brownies 22 minutes. Cool for about 10 minutes, remove from tin, and serve warm.
Note: It’s normal for them to rise as they bake and fall as they cool, leaving a perfect pocket for icing, ice cream or whip cream. Serve warm so the caramel is gooey! If you serve the cooled then microwave for 10 seconds and the caramel becomes soft again.
